Matching Gifts Support The National Pain Foundation You can double - or even triple - the value of your gift to The National Pain Foundation if your employer matches employees' charitable contributions. Corporations that provide a matching gift program establish their own guidelines with respect to employee eligibility, qualifying recipient organizations (such as The National Pain Foundation), and the minimum/maximum contribution that can be matched. Generally, a corporation will match dollar for dollar, but some match at a higher rate. They can give you a matching gift application form. Fill out the donor part of the form and send it and your gift to The National Pain Foundation.
