  • Clinical Trials Resource Center
    CenterWatch provides information about clinical research, including listings of more than 41,000 active industry and government-sponsored clinical trials, as well as new drug therapies in research and those recently approved by the FDA.
  • Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP).  This non-profit organization provides reliable information about all aspects of clinical trials in a FAQ format.
  • ClinicalTrials.gov  This site provides information about clinical research in human volunteers.  The site gives information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, and more details. It also provides educational information about clinical trials in "Understanding Clinical Trials."
  • The Food and Drug Administration has information about FDA-regulated trials and has an area to report complaints. Visit Good Clinical Practice in FDA-Regulated Clinical Trials.
  • The Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) provides oversight on all matters related to the protection of human subjects participating in research conducted or supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This office helps ensure that such research is carried out in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in an environment where all who are involved in the conduct or oversight of human subjects research understand their primary responsibility for protecting the rights, welfare, and well-being of subjects
